Patiently Waiting

on February 8, 2014

She waited and waited

and there was nobody that came.

Every time she ran to the curtain’s

not one car stopped.

When she went to the grocery store

nobody resembled her.

Nights went on and she prayed

that she would stop by for a second

just to say hi

just to tell her the real story,

that now it just seems  something of the past

and that life doesn’t exist

and it never will.
