  DAY ONE:  Write ten things you love about yourself

1. How to write a variety of things such as poetry or short stores to express how I feel or just feelings in general.

2.  Being able to relate to many people of any ethnicity.

3.  Being strong and not weak

4.  Always willing to try different foods, different sports or traveling

5.  Being able to put up with harsh words and criticism

6.  love to be around babies

7.  love to cook

8.  love working out

9.  very patient

10.  lots of love to give

DAY TWO: Write five things that make you happy or smile

1.  Seeing a male spend quality time with his child

2.  seeing a child do the first of everything

3.  skies that are blue, rain that hit’s you in the face and a love that’s  so pure

4.  giving or getting hugs

5. knowing that someone loves you unconditionally

DAY THREE: One fear or goal that you would like to conquer

I’ve had something tragic that has happened and it makes me not want to be  around people. It’s a fear of being rejected, a fear of being hurt because if family can walk away from you then so can a complete stranger. Learning to trust someone is very hard for me now and I’m trying to take one day at a time

Day 4 What do you do to feel better when you are having a bad day?

Listen to music, exercise or blog.  Worse case scenario take a pill

Day 5 About your proudest accomplishment

Completing nine years at a Catholic school when the nuns were still there.

Graduating from a Christian school which is totally different from what I was use to.

Making it through high school without having a child.

Day 6 An obstacle that is preventing you from accomplishing your goals.

I am going to be very basic on this answer. Not enough funds to cover a certain class

Day 7 A food that you enjoy that makes you feel good

Day 8 About your inner person

When the mask falls off that’s when things get real.  You are always behind your wall

never letting people in because you already know they are going to hurt you.

When the mask falls off you can see all the tears and all the bruising .  You see how

hurt, lonely and sad she is.

Day 9 A love affirmation for yourself

Love is the most powerful feeling that you can give to someone or to receive from someone.

You may not always know the reason but it can help you grow and become closer to yourself and with God.

All you can do is take one day at a time and realize that if they don’t accept love you don’t have to stay, you can easily walk away.

Day 10 About the last thing that you bought for yourself

Monthly make-up box that comes with a variety of products.  Seems like an inexpensive way to try different brands and pick the one you would like to buy.

 Day 11 About the last thing that you felt proud about

Being 90 pounds, laced with some drug and looking out for myself in a strange city

where I had no family.  While being depressed because I was sick and my family deserted me.

I was always feeling alone, sad and full of tears.  That it’s still hard now but I am a lot better.

Day 12 The last time you felt confident in yourself

knowing the unknown

Day 13 A person in your life that makes you feel good about yourself

She’s an angle that I just met and she has been more than just a lifesaver but someone I know I can trust

Day 14 Write yourself a love poem

Right now I don’t have a love poem

Day 15 what do you do to unwind?

Listen to music or write poems

Day 16 About an item that makes you feel good

Mascara, foundation and gloss

 17th What do you do to de-stress?

Have a scream marathon, listen to music and go to the gym

18th A love quote that teaches you to love yourself first

After a while you learn the subtle difference
Between holding a hand and chaining a soul,
And you learn that love doesn’t mean security,
And you begin to learn that kisses aren’t contracts

And you begin to accept your defeats

very relaxing and something you look forward to doing everyday

24th About comparing yourself to others

We all do it but it’s not got because it will just get you depressed. Learn to love things about yourself

25th A letter from yourself ten years from now

That was a quick vision that has never ever happened before and I can’t write about it

26th Last time you were too hard on yourself

Yesterday when I couldn’t think of what QID meant

27th Main barrier about you having positive self-esteem

Believing in yourself even when nobody else does.  If you can’t do it yet then fake it and before you realize it everything will just come natural
