Whatever your think is to get motivated whether it’s getting up starting the day off at the gym, cooking a healthy breakfast, put something out that reminds you of what you are trying to reach.  Whatever it is get motivated and don’t let anybody try to being you to that negative place.  Motivation is the key to getting off on a good start to start the new day to something beautiful.
