It was always you

I can remember the first time I met you

it almost seemed like yesterday

but yesterday just wasn’t our time to be together

and both of us knew it

that no words had to be said

we just went our separate ways

and if our paths ever crossed again

then in an instant we would both know

That now you are the one person that I think about the most

our encounter was so brief

that it was so meant to be

that now it’s worth taking the risk

of knowing it was you all a long

When that day comes

this will be the love we both waited for a lifetime.

Thinking about the warmth of your hug

the smile that the whole world can see in one picture

and a kiss so sacred that it will no longer be called lust

for once everything will fall into place

so that we can build a house into our home.

 

 

Turn it over to Jesus

John 2:1-10

 

You can learn a lot by watching your mother.  How to love people.  Mothers can love someone who don’t belong to them.

You can learn patients with a mom, a new-born baby with colic, Family with turmoil and crisis.

Learn how to make peace.  Have a way of calming down.

Wield the power.  Move stuff with a glance, calm down people with a finger, put hand on the hips.

Solve problems

It’s important when we invite Jesus to the wedding and to the reception.  The problem is don’t have trouble at the wedding but at the reception.  You ran out of the good wine and now have to use the cheap stuff.  All of us have problems how do we solve our problems.

When you have the first problem the thing to do is take it to Jesus.

Talk about it with Jesus tell him what the situation is.  This is my situation My family is falling apart.  Don’t keep the problem to yourself.

Tell God how you feel about it.  I don’t like being here, I don’t like the people here.

You have a 24/7 hour God.  Tell him what you want him to do.  Tell him what you want him to do.  Tell him what’s in your heart, Then ask him for direction.

Take time to listen to the direction, ask and listen and ask for confirmation.

I want to be at the point where I can walk away from the situation.  I’m done and he takes care of it.

Don’t be surprised if he tells you something strange.  Go fill the pots with water.  Sometimes we miss the answer.  Turn something over to Jesus he will test your faith.

The miracle was an inside job.  He healed a blind man inside of his eyeballs, He opened a door you never knew was closed.  This miracle took place out of the water pipe.

Carbon stands for Christ always responds beyond our needs.

He will cause somebody to testify. He brought me so far I got to say something.  He’s a great God, He’s wonderful.  Whatever he says do it.  He’s either going to fix it, forget about it or foundation on which you can praise him.

The problem I have is beneath my feet.  I’ve turned it over to Jesus.

When there is a problem you turn it over to the experts, call people who know what they are doing.  Turn it over to Jesus

The Truth About Trouble

Psalm 46:1

 

Trouble is a disaster, disease,deficiency, disagreement.

Inside out, outside in viral, temptation.  Upside down-sudden violent store downside up, river becomes a flood.  Now matter how you see it it’s trouble.

Psalm 10:1 God disappears in trouble of need.  The truth about it is you will have trouble you are not exempt by trouble just because you joined church.

Truth is full of trouble, we will.  Psalm 46 Second half of conversation.  Trying to find out what the trouble is?  Who can I trust in the time of trouble? God is our refuge and strength.

God is present in trouble.  I’m not in their by myself.  God didn’t abandon me.  He will be there for think and thing and he will have no more trouble.

God woke me up this morning.  When you get in trouble not only are you alone but God is present in your trouble.

God takes the trouble out of trouble.  Devil brings trouble to us.  The Lord took the trouble out of trouble.

The Flower

I asked for a flower yesterday

and I am excited to see

what kind of flower it will be

hopefully one that is happy to brighten up the room

lots of summer colors

or maybe one color

that has a significant meaning

Either way it’s something that is going to grow

into something beautiful…

Intensity times four

Cool, calm, collective

your ability is flawless

you’re a animal for your talent

just shows the extra mile you go when you believe in someone ability

Even when you have your shades on, I can still see the intensity in your eyes

Which then you start talking with your lips

just to see who is going to pick that up

for their next performance so that they get your attention.
